| GROUP CLASSES |
 |
| Our group classes usually consist of 8 weekly sessions of 1.5 hours each for a total of 12 hours of instruction. Our experience has shown us that 90 minute classes are far more effective than the standard one hour classes. This allows more time for the student to learn the new moves without feeling rushed, more time for individual 1 on 1 attention by the instructor and more time to practice these moves to achieve a higher proficiency. Furthermore, the longer class format, also allows for a 15 minute review at the begining of each session of the moves learned in the previous class. This way if a student has forgotten all or part of a move, he or she will have another opportunity to learn it and/or correct any mistakes. |

| PRIVATE CLASSES |
|
| Our privateclasses are one hour long. The student (s) will be working 1 on 1 with the instructor for the whole duration therefore a 90 minute class is not required. Privale lessons can be done solo or with a partner. They can be purchased by the hour or by the package if you wish to take advantage of the savings of volume buying. Semi-private lessons are also available at a very reasonable rate. |
