The Salsa level 1
is definitely the most important class to take! We
strongly believe that a solid foundation is a must
if your wish is to become a good dancer. This
class will give you that foundation on which
you can build the required skills needed to be the best you can be on the floor and to proficiently perform the more
complex patterns of our higher levels. It covers
the basic steps, basic turns,
the cross-body lead with strong emphasis on proper leading & following techniques, rhythm recognition and body movement (Cuban motion). |

class is the second in our beginner series. It builds on the fundamentals learned in Salsa level
1, covering progressive basic steps, cross-body lead patterns,

techniques, rhythm recognition, smooth transitioning between patterns and body movement
(Cuban motion). After this level, students will possess the skills and the confidence to proceed to the intermediate levels. |

Rueda de Casino is Cuban Salsa danced in a circle. A leader calls out the moves in Spanish and then the rest of the dancers execute these moves. It is an extremely fun and dynamic way to dance with multiple partners during the same song. In this 9-hour beginner course, you will learn a total of 25 to 30 Rueda moves and
their respective calls. If you haven't done Rueda before, then you
wouldn't want to miss this. It is a blast!
CAUTION: This dance is extremely addicting and you might not want to stop after the first 90 minutes. Register at your own risk. |
